Premier Roof Systems, Inc., incorporated in August of 2002 to solely take on the roofing aspects of the contracting business. Premier Roof Systems, Inc. has installed warranted roof systems for many industrial and private customers. We have also done a considerable amount of installations on public projects such as schools, hospitals and Government facilities located throughout Jefferson, Lewis and St. Lawrence  Counties. 

We have experience in many different types of roofing; EPDM, BUR, Shingles, Copper, Standing Seam and roof coatings. We are authorized to install many of the major roofing brands and can include up to a 30 year, no dollar limit warranty. We are fully insured, with bonding capability and we are licensed abatement contractor for roofing materials.  

We also offer to our customers a Preventative Roof Maintenance Program. A Maintenance Program can be custom designed to suit your needs and your budget. It can help you to identify small problems and fix them before they become expensive and get out of hand. You can choose to have us inspect and maintain/repair your roof on a monthly, bi-monthly, quarterly  or semi-annual basis. (Depending on the size and complexity of the roof(s) at your facility) You could also set up a program on a "per man hour" basis.
